Parker IB系列快換接頭，本體尺寸為1/4" 到 1"，用于中等壓力的應(yīng)用，承壓可達(dá)400bar，該系列快換接頭符合ISO 7241-1系列B標(biāo)準(zhǔn)結(jié)構(gòu)。派克IB系列液壓快換接頭的陽(yáng)接頭結(jié)構(gòu)，符合ISO 7241-1-B標(biāo)準(zhǔn)結(jié)構(gòu)，能夠與其他系列的符合相同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的快換進(jìn)行互換。為了優(yōu)化快換接頭的性能表現(xiàn)以及提高其防腐能力，快換接頭的本體使用黃銅材料，并且陽(yáng)接頭使用硬化的碳鋼材料。IB系列可以同時(shí)定制帶背壓釋放器的功能。因此能夠在*高可達(dá)工作壓力的靜壓或者背壓的情況下無(wú)障礙地進(jìn)行連接。陰接頭或者陽(yáng)接頭均可定制帶背壓釋放器的功能。該系列快換接頭，還可以定制重載的套筒，能夠讓快換接頭，即使在嚴(yán)苛的環(huán)境應(yīng)用中也有更優(yōu)秀的耐久的使用壽命表現(xiàn)。Quick coupling system with body size 1/4" up to 1" for medium pressure applications up to 400 bar. Coupling system with ISO 7241-1 Series B profile.Parker's Hydraulic Quick Coupling Series IB plug profiles are conform to IS0 Standard 7241-1 series B and are compatible with other series complying with the same standard. To optimize performance and corrosion resisitance the coupling is made of brass and the plug made of hardend steel. Series IB is available with pressure eliminator function, which allows for effortless connection with static and residual pressure, up to operating pressure. A pressure eliminator is available for plugs and couplings. The option with heavy duty sleeve gives a longer life time in very tough applications.

特征：IB系列是根據(jù)ISO 7241-1 B系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)。與其它依照相同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)的接頭有良好的互換性，為了取得更好的耐腐蝕能力，鋼制陽(yáng)接頭在鍍鋅后，更被處于高負(fù)荷聚合物表面處理保護(hù)。 

優(yōu)勢(shì)：IB系列標(biāo)配有雙"O"型圈密封，外加支撐環(huán)。有背壓釋放器可供客戶(hù)選擇，即使在殘壓已達(dá)工作壓力也可以連接。 
工作溫度：-30℃ 至 +100℃ （密封材質(zhì) NBR）
-25℃ 至 +200℃ （密封材質(zhì) FKM）請(qǐng)您根據(jù)介質(zhì)工況選擇密封圈。另有低于-30℃高于+200℃可供選擇。
